Network

The Network can be defined as an ecosystem of Brands (one or more) that creates a privative circuit where all transactions are exchanged instantaneously. The main actors of the Network are:

  • Partner: it refers to the company issuing the Network and eventually expands it with its ecosystem. Typically, the Partner is the commercial owner of the initiative, and the orchestrator of the entire network.Usually, the partner also includes Loyalty programs and other customer engagement activities and systems. As an example, Parters can be operating in the following market industries: GDO. Petrol, Telco

  • Dealer: it refers to the list of all brands belonging to the network issued by the Partner. A single network may have one or more Dealers, whose may have one or more physical or digital Store

  • Store: it refers to the entity that distributes goods or services to Consumers through physical or digital channel
