Refund

The User can refund totally or partially the credit available in the wallet.

This section describes how wallet credit can be returned to the user — either as cash at a physical store, or via SEPA Credit Transfer to the validated IBAN. Select a method below to see the full flow.

📄️Cash

The user generates a QR code that the Store employee scans to issue a cash refund. The Wallet balance is decremented immediately upon confirmation.

📄️SCT

The chosen refund amount is sent via SEPA Credit Transfer to the user's validated IBAN. Settlement follows standard SCT timing.
