Top Up

Cash
This feature allows users to top up their Wallet with cash at a physical store, using a QR code scan at the point of sale. Available when the Service Provider has a POS system integrated with the Wallet platform.
Loyalty Points
This feature allows users to convert accumulated loyalty points into Wallet credit. Loyalty credit can only be spent within the Network and cannot be refunded.
SCT/ SCT Instant
This feature allows users to top up their Wallet by sending a standard or instant SEPA Credit Transfer to the Network's IBAN. The Wallet identification code must be included in the transfer remittance information.
SDD
This feature allows users to set up automatic, recurring Wallet top-ups via SEPA Direct Debit mandate. Ideal for maintaining a minimum balance without manual intervention.
